2011 WSOP Main Event: Day 2b in the books – Ben Lamb leads!

Day 2b of the 2011 WSOP Main Event came to and end about 2 hours ago. The day started with 2490 players and ended with 1,080 players remaining. This means that about 1,900 players are through to Day 3 of the tournament, which starts tomorrow. In the lead is no one else than Ben Lamb, who took down the $10k PLO event for $814k, finished 2nd in the $3k PLO event, and has cashed in another 2 events at the 2011 WSOP. Other big names with plenty of chips left are Patrik Antonius (361,000 – 7th place), Tony Hachem (245,100 – 27th) and Jeff Madsen (231,500 – 29th).

We will return with more updates on the 2011 WSOP Main Event as soon as Day 3 comes to an end. Stay tuned!
