Day 3 of the $1,000 NL event saw 44 players return to the felt; 35 of them have been eliminated leaving us with a final table lead by PokerStars Pro Maxim Lykov who has had a rollercoaster day leading to a huge chip lead – his 3.9m stack is almost 25 big blinds ahead of second place and represents nearly a quarter of the chips in play.
The rail is on the side of Warren Wooldridge, though – the Black Belt Poker player sits sixth in chips on just over a million but he’s from the UK. Expect some drunken and rowdy support at the final table tomorrow when the nine remaining players chase a first prize of $648,880.This marks the umpteenth final table by a Brit at the 2011 WSOP so it would be great if Warren could take this down and add to our bracelet tally. The chip counts heading into the final table are as follows:1 Maxim Lykov 3,875,0002 Dror Michaelo 1,980,0003 Joshua Evans 1,670,0004 Sebastien Roy 1,400,0005 Douglas Mackinnon 1,160,0006 Warren Wooldridge 1,030,0007 Harald Olsen 1,025,0008 Stanislav Alekhin 820,0009 Ren Ho Zhang 785,000Read more: http://uk.pokernews/news/2011/07/warren-wooldridge-makes-event-54-final-table-6832.htm TAGS: WSOP 2011, Warren Wooldridge, Maxim Lykov
